The company is among the eighth batch of National Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprises, and its Technology Center has been recognized as a National Enterprise Technology Center. It operates three major centers—Smart Technology, Attachments Technology, and Planning Technology—alongside a Joint Research Institute, boasting comprehensive project management and implementation capabilities. The company brings together 160 elite technical R&D professionals, including one doctoral degree holder, seven master’s degree holders, and 49 personnel holding mid‑level or higher professional titles, spanning diverse fields such as mechanical engineering, hydraulic transmission, optoelectronic technology, software programming, and intelligent systems integration, thereby demonstrating robust independent innovation and strong R&D capabilities.
