Summary:

Recently, the National Intellectual Property Administration announced the list of demonstration projects for building a strong intellectual property nation for the period 2025–2027. Longhe Intelligence Leveraging its robust intellectual property management capabilities, outstanding technological innovation prowess, and efficient commercialization of research outcomes, the company has been successfully selected as a candidate for the National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise program for the 2025–2027 period. This marks another national-level recognition for the company in the IP field, underscoring authoritative acknowledgment and high praise for its efforts in technological innovation, IP protection, and IP utilization.

The designation of National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises is awarded every three years, with the aim of thoroughly implementing the Outline for Building a Strong Country in Intellectual Property (2021–2035). It recognizes a select group of enterprises that have achieved outstanding results in IP creation, utilization, protection, management, and services, capable of serving as model leaders and contributing to innovation-driven development and high-quality economic growth. This distinction is among the highest honors in the field of intellectual property. This time, only four enterprises from Longyan City were selected, and Longhe Intelligent was proudly among them.

Historically, the company has placed great emphasis on the management, protection, and application of its intellectual property assets, seamlessly integrating IP‑related services into every stage of its value chain—R&D, product iteration, and market expansion. Through end-to-end lifecycle management encompassing “creation–protection–commercialization–empowerment,” the company provides robust support for the upgrading of its core business sectors.

Improve the organizational structure

Our company has established a “Standardization and Intellectual Property Office” and assigned three full-time staff members to take comprehensive responsibility for managing all aspects of the company’s patent, trademark, copyright, and brand‑building initiatives.

Improve the institutional framework

The company has formulated and implemented 19 intellectual property management systems, including the “Intellectual Property Acquisition Control Procedure,” the “Intellectual Property Protection Manual,” and the “Intellectual Property Risk Management Control Procedure,” and has adopted the GB/T 29490-2013 Intellectual Property Management System. Solidify the foundation of management. To date, the company has been granted a total of 482 patents, including 105 invention patents, and has obtained 167 software copyrights and registered 11 items of data intellectual property. Its technological achievements have been recognized with one National Patent Excellence Award and four Longyan City Patent Awards.

Strengthen the commercialization of research outcomes.

The company places great emphasis on the industrialization and commercialization of its independently developed innovations, achieving a 100% rate of industrial application. The “Phantom,” “Lingkong,” “Jisu,” and “Jinchichi” series of intelligent loading and unloading products, developed on the basis of proprietary patented technologies, are compatible with all types of road‑transport vehicles, enabling smart loading operations. They effectively address critical bottlenecks in material handling faced by companies across diverse industries such as petrochemicals and chemicals. The company’s industrialized solutions have been sold in more than 70 countries and regions, and it has established partnerships with over 300 renowned domestic and international enterprises, including Sinopec, COFCO, Japan’s Mitsubishi, and Britain’s JCB. Furthermore, the company has been recognized as a Manufacturing Single‑Item Champion in the eighth batch.

Build a protective wall

Our company has established a robust intellectual property protection framework by adopting a composite “patent pool” approach—“large pools enclose small pools, and small pools safeguard large pools”—thereby erecting a solid “firewall” for the industrialization of our core business: intelligent unmanned loading technology. This strategy effectively mitigates the risk of imitation and infringement, providing firm IP‑based support for the continued growth of our core operations.

Going forward, the company will take its selection as a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise as a new starting point, further deepen its IP strategy, strengthen innovation-driven development and the commercialization of research outcomes, continuously enhance its core competitiveness, and make an even greater contribution to building China into a strong nation in the field of intellectual property.
