Inverta Load Pusher

Typical scenario: Container loading and unloading, loading into enclosed railcars, storage on deep‑reach racking, and on‑site handling of full pallets of finished goods at the factory.

Pain Points and Challenges: Container and deep‑rack interiors are cramped, preventing forklifts from accessing the interior; manual entry is required to move and stack goods. Working inside enclosed cargo compartments poses significant risks, while unloading palletized loads and pushing or pulling them is labor‑intensive, and high‑stacked goods are prone to tipping or collapsing.

Longhe Plan:   Equipped with the Longhe Intelligent Rotating Pusher, this system offers 360° rotation and full‑pallet push‑out functionality. Forklifts no longer need to enter the truck bed or the interior of the racking; operators can smoothly push an entire pallet deep into the storage area from outside, or directly pull out a full stack of goods. The entire process is controlled electronically from the cab, eliminating the need for close‑range manual intervention.

Core Values:   Eliminates the need for personnel to enter confined, enclosed spaces, thereby mitigating safety risks associated with manual operations; enables rapid loading and unloading of deep‑stacked goods and de‑palletizing; prevents high‑pile cargo from toppling; and significantly reduces vehicle dwell time at the loading dock.
